INGREDIENTS
1 package elbow macaroni (8 ounce size)
VARIATION To turn this casserole into a main dish, add 2 cups of cubed ham when mixing in the egg and cheddar cheese.
EXPRESS COOKING When draining the macaroni, try warming the colander. A cold colander can cause the pasta to stick together. Be sure not to overcook the macaroni. Overcooking will cause it to be soggy as well as decrease the nutritional value.
